h...Yes, this is exactly what I'm thinking ....<br /><br />however, most of the time the Forest is so big that there's not enough time in a day to cover all three aspects ...<br /><br />- Looking at trees takes time ...<br />- Defining the forest takes time ...<br />- Creating an Environment require organizational changes .... takes lot of time (and evangilization!!!)<br /><br />This is why I think key to success is daily communication with good team members and management.<br /><br />- Communicate the vision (the Forest) to team so they can be aware of the big picture.<br />- Communicate the problem (the trees) to Architects so they can align vision and/or teams<br />- Communicate the solutions to management in order to enable changes in the right direction ....<br /><br />That makes a lot to align ... <br /><br />At the end, when everything is done, we all have the impression that evolution happens by chances !!!PLabbehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16269245913938601342noreply@blogger.com
